PondMAX AlgaeSTOP, works by targeting and disrupting nuisance algae in ornamental ponds, fountains, and water gardens, helping restore clarity and maintain a balanced aquatic environment. It controls a wide range of green water, string, and hair algae by interfering with their growth processes, and stops algae growth in self-contained ponds and aquariums using its fast-acting polymeric active ingredient.

AlgaeSTOP acts directly on existing algae blooms to prevent photosynthesis and reproduction. As treated algae die off, they are easily removed through filtration or manual cleaning, and a weekly maintenance dosage helps prevent new growth.

Actions- Uses organic cationic polymers to disrupt algae cell walls and suffocate growth. Safe for birds, pets, plants, and mammals to drink from or touch, (when used as directed) but toxic to fish because it coats their gills. Non-staining, non-foaming, unaffected by sunlight or heat, and helps deter mosquitoes.
